With 18 years of nursing experience, she deeply understands the realities of rapid assignments, relocation stress, and the critical need for seamless transitions in the travel-healthcare industry. Her clinical background allows her to uniquely bridge patient care, operational logistics, and customer experience — making her company one of the few nurse-led providers in this sector. Under her leadership, Edge Transportation delivers reliable, concierge-level vehicle relocation services that simplify the moving process for healthcare workers and the agencies that support them. As CEO, Nefertari is known for her hands-off, empowerment-focused leadership style. She provides clear direction while encouraging her team to use their creativity, initiative, and strengths to achieve exceptional results. Her journey into entrepreneurship was shaped by resilience, thick skin developed through years in clinical practice, and the determination to stand out in a fiercely competitive industry.
