During the Founding Season each registration is reviewed by hand. Please allow a few days for your invitation to arrive by email.
Registered for your community as a Charter Alumni.

- 04Charter Alumni are added to the Legacy Wall after review.
Town Hall
Every town needs somewhere to ask.
Town Hall is where founding residents, neighbors, and champions reach a person. If you contributed and have not received your invitation, or something needs to be corrected, write to us and we will take care of it by hand.
I contributed but never received an invitation
Write to Town Hall with the name and email used. Your invitation will be reissued.
I registered twice
Town Hall will review your records and resolve the duplicate membership.
I chose the wrong House
Your destination can be corrected before your community invitation is sent.
I need a refund or reversed a charge
Your record is flagged for review. Community access is never removed silently.
